About the Art and the Artist
 Mary Jean began painting after a career as a newspaper executive. She captures light, shadow and shapes in dramatic oil compositions.
Her work can be found at the Key West Art Center. She serves on the board there and at The Studios of Key West. She is a member of the Oil Painters of America.
Her work has garnered top awards in juried art shows. "Like" her work on Facebook.
